At Coaching Caregivers LLC, we help caregivers and care recipients lead better lives. We provide care management to seniors and disabled adults, and our caregiver coaching sessions help their caregivers achieve balanced, fulfilling lives, even in the face of uncertainty and panic.

We help manage the care of geriatric and disabled adults in Western Massachusetts and New England at large. While many of our care-management clients reside at home others reside in retirement communities or in nursing-homes. Many of our clients contend with both medical and behavioral problems.

Upon completing a client assessment, we create a personalized care plan: a step-by-step guide to improving the situation and the client's quality of life.

Author James L. Ferry, LICSW, has been a geriatric care manager for 18 years. He founded Coaching Caregivers LLC in 2003.

Coaching Caregivers LLC has no proprietary business relationships with care agencies, facilities, or specific medical providers. While we make service recommendations, our staff does not provide hands-on, day-to-day care. Thus, with no conflict of interest, our assessments are objective and our care plan recommendations are based solely upon what is best for our clients.
